medical personnel requirements take precedence. Therefore, we are
obliged to cater to our customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is possible that, as a result of this demand, we may be unable to
serve other entities such as hospitals and health-care organizations,
and they must get their supply elsewhere. Once the pandemic fear
is sustained, and the demand stabilizes, the overproduction of supply
cannot be reversed from the end-user back to the manufacturer.

Damaged Merchandise Policy:
